This year it was the Grommersch's turn to have us all for Thanksgiving so after returning home from Gatlinburg on the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving, we quickly unpacked our bags, did laundry, re-packed, worked a short 2.5 day work week, & hit the road again headed towards Alpharetta on Wednesday! We made great time and hit no traffic coming and going which was wonderful. It was great to get to see everyone and for Ella to get to spend more time w/ her cousins. She has met all of them except John prior to this visit. They were all amazed at how much she had grown. Even Mike and Julie who had just seen her Labor Day weekend thought she had grown a lot in a short 2.5 months. We had a great time visiting, eating, watching football and our annual "Christmas Vacation" debut on Thanksgiving night, swimming in the hot tub, eating, napping, relaxing, & did I mention eating? ;) The girls did our usual shopping trip on Friday while the boys (& Ella) worked on some projects at Big Daddy's house. We were on a quest for Leslie some new bedroom furniture - we got lucky at a store nearby BD's house and so she went back home to NC w/ what she came looking for! Yah, Les! We knew UT would cave ;) Fun was had by all, but Tim and I were glad to return home on Sunday and are looking forward to being home the entire month of Dec. w/ the exception of traveling to Coffeeville for a few nights to celebrate Christmas with my family. Hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey Day last week and nice vacation from work.....I don't know about you, but we certainly have a lot to be thankful for in this house this year! Blessings to you all.....Enjoy the picts below as always :)

Ella convinced BD to turn on the heater in the Hot Tub :)
Her favorite thing was when he turned on the "bubbles"
Mike & Julie's table is all set!
